Damaged Device

If your order arrives damaged please contact customer service and tell us if you'd like a refund or a replacement. Please review our return guidelines for more information.

Defective Items

If your item isn't working properly, check the product manual that arrived with the item and contact your wireless service provider for additional troubleshooting assistance.

If you're unable to resolve the issue after contacting the manufacturer or service provider, please contact customer service and we'll try to resolve the problem. If we determine the product is defective, you can choose to receive a refund or a replacement. Please review our return guidelines for more information.

Missing Item(s)

If you've checked your package thoroughly and can't find an item, please contact customer service. We'll work with you to find the best option for replacing the item.

Tip: Can't find your SIM Card? T-Mobile phones come with the SIM Card pre-loaded. If you're looking for a SIM Card for AT&T or Verizon, try checking under the flap of the manufacturer's box and under the flap of the shipping box.

Activation Issues

If you have followed the standard activation instructions listed in our help pages here and your phone is still not activating, please call customer service to assist in troubleshooting the activation.
