Reviewing & Changing Orders

Canceling Orders

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may be able cancel your shipment.

If your order has shipped it cannot be modified. To return the unwanted items, contact customer service for a return mailing label.

To cancel an order:

  1. Click View Orders button in Your Account.
  2. Click the Cancel Order button. Note: Orders that have shipped cannot be modified and the Cancel Order button will not appear.
  3. Select the reason for your cancellation and let us know more about why you'd like to cancel your order.
  4. Click the Cancel Order button when finished.

After submitting the cancellation, you'll see an "Important Messages" screen confirming the cancellation. We'll also send a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account.

You can also confirm the cancellation by visiting Your Account. Only open orders will appear. If you do not see the order, you'll know it was successfully canceled.

Changing an Order Before It Ships

Most orders you place on AmazonWireless enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified.

AmazonWireless cannot make changes to the type of device, color, service plans, or add additional lines of service after an order has been placed.

If you'd like to change any of these options, cancel your order and wait 24 to 48 hours before placing a new order.

If you'd like to change the credit card number or shipping address please contact customer service. Please note, for security purposes, we cannot change shipping addresses for new individual or family accounts.

Reviewing Orders

You can review the status of any order you've placed via the Your Account page. For orders that have yet to ship, you'll be able to review the order total, shipping address, payment method, and item availability. For orders that have been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, an estimated date of arrival, and a tracking number, if applicable.
