AmazonWireless's Eligibility Checker allows you to see if you're
eligible to upgrade your existing account through AmazonWireless.
If you're not yet able to upgrade through AmazonWireless, you'll
have the ability to sign up for reminders.
How it Works
When you enter your account information into the AmazonWireless
Eligibility Checker, AmazonWireless will share the information you
provided with your wireless carrier. Within 30 seconds, you'll know
if you're eligible to upgrade on AmazonWireless.

Terms of Eligibility
As an existing customer, you may be eligible to receive a new
phone when you extend your service contract. Carriers generally
approve upgrades for lines of service that are at least 22 months
into a 24-month contract and in good financial standing. We'll
determine your eligibility with your carrier during the checkout
and order placement process. We're not able to upgrade
company-issued cell phones.
If you aren't able to upgrade through AmazonWireless, you can
sign up for an e-mail that will remind you when you're eligible.
To sign up for a reminder, enter your e-mail address and click the
"E-mail me a reminder" button located on the eligibility checker
results screen. If you're already logged in to AmazonWireless, you
only need to click the "E-mail me a reminder" button.
If you receive an error message, make sure that you're entering the
primary account holder's social security number and billing ZIP
code. If you're not sure who's the primary account holder for the
account, please contact your service provider to verify you're
entering the correct information
Ineligible for Upgrade
Unfortunately, not everyone is eligible to upgrade through
AmazonWireless. We're unable to upgrade your device if you have a
company-issued cell phone, if you aren't within the last 2 months of
your contract or outside of your contract, and accounts with
T-Mobile service. Please check here
for more information about terms
of upgrade eligibility.
