Canceling Service/Resetting Upgrade

Wireless Carrier Grace Period

An early termination fee (ETF) may be charged by your carrier unless you cancel service according to the carrier's policy: 14 days from the date your device is shipped for Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T. Your cellular carrier may still charge you a prorated fee for the time you had the phone and service, including any additional roaming or long-distance fees and any extra minutes you used. In addition, your carrier may impose fees based on the early termination of your service contract, and activation fees are generally nonrefundable.

How to Cancel Your Service or Reset Your Upgrade

You must return your phone within the carrier's grace period to have your service canceled or upgrade reset through AmazonWireless. If you'd like to cancel your service after the carrier grace period has lapsed, please contact your carrier directly.

AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile: When you're requesting a return mailing label from customer service, make sure you tell our representative if you'd like your service canceled or your upgrade reset. They'll take care of that after the returned package has been received at our fulfillment center.

Verizon: Once you've received a confirmation e-mail from AmazonWireless stating that your return was received and your payment method was refunded, please call AmazonWireless Customer Service. We'll create a conference call with Verizon to have your service canceled or your upgrade reset.

Please allow three days for your service provider to process this information.
