How to Return Your Device

You can return items sold and fulfilled by AmazonWireless for a full refund within 30 days from the shipping date. All phone parts and accessories must be in new condition and returned in the original product packaging. We'll pay for return shipping on eligible returns authorized by AmazonWireless Customer Service. Contact customer service for a postage paid return mailing label.

If we send you a replacement item, but if we don't receive the original item from you at our Returns Center within 40 business days, you will be subject to additional charges. Amazon may charge your credit card for the retail price of the replacement phone if you fail to return your original device. It takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting your account and accessing the relevant order summary.

Using Our Return Mailing Label

The return mailing labels obtained from AmazonWireless Customer Service are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S.

Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.

If you use this mailing label for an authorized return, we'll pay the return shipping costs.

Items That Can't Be Returned

  • Any product more than 30 days after delivery to the customer
  • Any product that indicates use or damage by the customer
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases

In-Store Returns

Items purchased from AmazonWireless cannot be returned to a physical store operated by the relevant wireless carrier.

Warranty Information

All devices ordered from AmazonWireless come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against mechanical defects. For the first 30 days, AmazonWireless will replace any defective device. The service provider will be responsible for replacing the device for the next 11 months.

If you receive a replacement device for a defective or damaged item, AmazonWireless will cover the new device for 30 days from when the replacement device is shipped. The service provider is responsible for replacing the device for the following 11 months.
