How the AmazonWireless Best Price Guarantee Works

If you find a lower price on an eligible website for the same product with the same service plan within 14 days after we ship your device, let us know and we'll credit your original payment method for the difference.

To request your refund, contact Customer Service about the AmazonWireless Best Price Guarantee at 1-877-429-8502 seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Central Time.

Terms and Conditions:

The AmazonWireless Best Price Guarantee (the "Guarantee") applies only to mobile phones sold with an accompanying service plan from AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile or Verizon, sold and fulfilled by AmazonWireless.com. If you purchase your phone from another retailer the Guarantee does not apply. Additionally, if you purchase your phone without a service plan, the Guarantee does not apply. The Guarantee will match competitor prices on eligible phones sold with the same service plan type as the phone you bought on AmazonWireless.com (Upgrade, Add-A-Line, New Activation, Family Plan, Value Plan.)

To qualify for the Guarantee, you must first purchase the phone sold and fulfilled by AmazonWireless.com and find a lower price with the same service plan from an eligible competitor's website within 14 days after the AmazonWireless.com ship date. The lower price must remain in effect at the time your Guarantee request is verified by Amazon. Expired offers are not eligible.

Average costs for comparable shipping and handling will be included in the price comparison.

Competitors' special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, bundled products and "buy one, get one" offers are not eligible for the Guarantee.

Price difference applies to full cost of the item minus any promotions, and does not include tax.

Limited sales events, going-out-of business sales, and loyalty program offers are also ineligible for the Guarantee.

The Guarantee applies to the price payable for phones with service plans on AmazonWireless.com only. Offers for or including ancillary services (such as financing, or extended warranties) are not covered by the Guarantee.

The Guarantee applies to the price of the phone only, not the price of the service plan.

The Guarantee will match competitor prices on eligible phones sold with the same service plan type as the phone you bought on AmazonWireless.com (Upgrade, Add-A-Line, New Activation, Family Plan, Value Plan). The guarantee only applies to T-Mobile phones with the T-Mobile Value Plans, and not the Classic Plans often sold elsewhere.

The competing offer must be currently available in the model, color, style, and specification that is sold by AmazonWireless.com and the competing offer must be in-stock and available for purchase on the competitor's website. Used, returned, open-box and display items are not eligible.

The Guarantee does not apply where the competitor or Amazon.com has made a pricing error or typographical error on an item.

The Guarantee applies to websites only, not brick-and-mortar stores. The website featuring the competing offer must not be an auction site. The competing website must be operated by a U.S. company and must ship products from a U.S. location. The list of online retailers whose offers are eligible for the Guarantee, subject to compliance with other Guarantee terms and conditions, is available below. The Guarantee applies only to retail offers by the retailer operating one of the listed websites, not to offers by third-party sellers appearing on such sites.

Up to 5 units per customer are eligible for the Guarantee, and the Guarantee can only be applied once per item, even if a lower-priced offer is subsequently found. Additional order limits may apply.

The Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use. The Guarantee does not apply to purchases for resale or commercial purposes.

If your claim satisfies all of these terms and conditions, we will refund the price difference between our price and the competing offer through the original payment method(s) used for the phone purchase.
