1. Purchase a qualifying Android phone or tablet through AmazonWireless.com between midnight, July 11, 2011, and 11:59 p.m. PDT October 11, 2011. Android devices purchased through Amazon.com do not qualify for this promotion.
2. You will be sent notification of your promotional credits via e-mail within 2 business days after your qualifying purchase ships.
3. Your $5 credit for each service (Amazon Appstore for Android, Kindle, and Amazon MP3) will be automatically applied to your future eligible purchases from that service until the credit balance is used or until the credit expires (whichever comes first). The credits will expire on November 12, 2011 at 11:59 PM Pacific time.

Terms and Conditions:

• The offer is valid for a limited time only. If you do not purchase the qualifying item when the offer is in effect, the promotion will not apply.
• Limit one promotional credit per customer.

• In order to use your Amazon Appstore for Android promotional credit and purchase apps from the Amazon Appstore, you will need the Amazon Appstore for Android client installed on your Android phone or tablet and you must accept the Amazon Appstore for Android Terms of Use.
• In order to use your Kindle promotional credit and purchase Kindle content from Amazon, you must accept the Kindle Terms of Use.
• In order to use your Amazon MP3 promotional credit and purchase MP3s from Amazon, you must accept the Amazon MP3 Terms of Use.
• The offer is available only to customers located in and with billing addresses in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who have a U.S. bank-issued credit card associated with their Amazon.com account.
• The promotional credits can only be applied to products sold through the applicable Amazon service and cannot be applied to orders already placed.
• The promotional credits are non-transferrable, not for resale and not redeemable for cash.
• The promotional credits cannot be used to pay for taxes.
