AmazonWireless offers Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery dates on selected items in our store.

This means that if you place a qualifying order, we'll prioritize your order so it ships as soon as possible, and we will automatically upgrade it to free one-day shipping if there is a delay. This service is for eligible items we know we can ship right away, provided with no additional shipping costs, and subject to the terms below.

In a small percentage of cases, orders including a phone or device with carrier service are delayed as we wait for carrier approval. In most of those cases, delays occur as we wait for customers to respond to an email we have sent to alert them about an issue with their order. To avoid such delays, please check your email after you place your order and respond promptly if you are notified of any problems.

• Applies only to items that include the "Want it delivered . . ." message that displays a delivery date and method on the product detail page. If the item's product detail page does not include this message, it is not eligible for Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery.
• The guarantee in this form applies only to products sold by AmazonWireless through our website located at http://wireless.amazon.com. A similar Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery Service is available for products sold at Amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com)
• Will be subject to geographic shipping restrictions that may apply to particular products or locations; deliveries to locations outside of the continental United States may be later than estimated.
• Guarantee does not apply to orders shipped to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO, DPO addresses.
• Does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond AmazonWireless's control.
• Your only remedy under this guarantee will be free upgrade to one-day shipping for items in your order that are eligible for Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery.
• AmazonWireless reserves the right to change or discontinue Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery at its discretion.
