T-Mobile Early Termination Fee

If you purchase a discounted phone with a two-year contract and then cancel after the 14-day return period, T-Mobile will charge a pro-rated Early Termination Fee based on the duration of your remaining service.

If you cancel service with more than 180 days remaining on your term, T-Mobile will charge $200.

If you cancel service with between 91 and 180 days remaining on your term, T-Mobile will charge $100.

If you cancel service with between 31 and 91 days remaining on your term, T-Mobile will charge $50.

If you cancel service within the last 30 days of your term, T-Mobile will charge either $50 or your monthly recurring charges (including any applicable taxes and fees), whichever is less.

NOTE: Once you fulfill your service contract, you'll automatically become a month-to-month customer.
