New Customers
New Phone Numbers
- Before you begin, follow the instructions in the owner's
manual to charge your phone's battery.
- Turn on your new phone. Your phone will be activated
automatically. Please refer to the e-mail from AmazonWireless
Customer Service to obtain your new phone number.
Line Porting
- Before you begin, follow the instructions in the owner's
manual to charge your phone's battery.
- Turn on your phone.
- Call Sprint customer service at 1-888-211-4727 to complete
your phone number transfer. You may be asked to supply personal
information such as your billing address, account number, PIN,
and/or Social Security Number.
- While successful activation should occur immediately, your
phone number transfer may take some time. It can take up to 24
hours for wireless transfers and 5–7 days for land line
transfers.
If you aren't able to activate your service right away,
AmazonWireless will automatically port your number 14 days from the
shipment date. Your shipment date can be found in Your Account.
Existing Customers
Upgrades

manual to charge your phone's battery.
- Turn on your new phone. Your phone will be activated
automatically.
Phone Only – No Contract Extension
- Follow the instructions in the owner's manual to charge your
new phone's battery.
- Please call Sprint customer service at 1-888-211-4727 to
complete the activation process.

If your phone is damaged, the battery won't charge, or you cannot
