In determining upgrade eligibility, carriers generally require that a line of service is in an upgrade-eligible window in your existing contract (typically 22 months into a 24 month contract) and in good financial standing.
To validate your upgrade eligibility, we'll ask you for your current carrier account information as part of the checkout process. Please ensure the information you provide matches that on your cell phone bill, because data discrepancies may result in delay or denial of your upgrade request.
