Returns Policy

You can return items sold and fulfilled by AmazonWireless for a full refund within 30 days from the shipping date. This refund is for the device only. An early termination fee (ETF) may still be charged by your carrier unless you cancel service according to their respective policy: 14 days from the date your device is shipped for Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon, and 30 days from the date your device is shipped for AT&T.

All phone parts and accessories must be in new condition and returned in the original product packaging. We'll also pay for return shipping on eligible returns authorized by AmazonWireless Customer Service. To contact AmazonWireless Customer Service regarding a return, please call 1-877-429-8502.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. To the extent possible, your refund will be provided using the same payment method that you used for your purchase.

Cell phone returns

If you would like to cancel your service plan after returning your phone, please contact the carrier directly to do so. Your cellular carrier may still charge you a prorated fee for the time you had the phone and service, including any additional roaming or long-distance fees and any extra minutes you used. In addition, your carrier may impose fees based on the early termination of your service contract, and activation fees are generally nonrefundable.

If you would like to keep your cell phone service after returning your phone and reinstate your old service plan and options (for customers that upgraded existing lines of service), please contact the carrier directly to make this service change. Your cellular carrier may still charge you a prorated fee for the time you had the new service plan and service options.

Note: should you cancel your service with the carrier within 181 days, you may also be subject to an additional fee in accordance with the AmazonWireless Instant Discount Terms and Conditions.

Items that are not returnable

AmazonWireless does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Any product more than 30 days after delivery to the customer
  • Any product that indicates use or damage by the customer
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases

If any of the foregoing are returned to AmazonWireless, we will reject such item and return it to you and you will not be entitled to reimbursement for your shipping costs.

Items Returned After 30 Days

Items that were delivered more than 30 days previously are not eligible to be returned. If such an item is returned to AmazonWireless, AmazonWireless will reject such item and return it to you.

Replacements

If you received a faulty item and need a replacement, please contact AmazonWireless Customer Service at 1-877-429-8502. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and comply with our Returns Policy.

If we send you a replacement item but do not receive the original item from you at our Returns Center within 40 business days, you will be subject to additional charges. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting your account and accessing the relevant order summary.

In-store returns

Items purchased from AmazonWireless cannot be returned to a physical store operated by the relevant wireless carrier.

Using our return mailing label

The return mailing labels obtained from AmazonWireless Customer Service are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S.

Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.

If you use this mailing label for an authorized return, we'll pay the return shipping costs.
