HTC Customer Support is Awful! May 7, 2012

Sorry, after having the previous HTC Titan and their inability to push out an update to fix reception and voice quality problems (which they admit to). I wouldn't want to buy a product that hasn't been fixed for six months. Nokia Lumia on the other hand, is the best phone with great customer support. Give them a shot instead.
