Don't buy it if you need the Chinese lanugage input. August 20, 2012

Although Samsung smartphones have earned positive compliments widely, they do not benefit Chinese users at all in terms of using Chinese language. Ridiculously Samsung does not provide Chinese input keyboard in their phones, and thus you will never find a way to text a Chinese message to your Chinese friends. I have contacted Samsung USA for a solution but what they could do was saying "Sorry". This ignorant service spirit is really a humiliation to Chinese people. So, do not and never buy Samsung smart phones in the USA.

Cons. Requires two hands operation. Impossible to respond quickly to the call - first you have to press on the side, then unlock by swipping or tapping with your finger, then kiss it and if the client still has time - start talking. Very sensitive screen - one wrong move of the finger and you're somewhere else into another menu. etc, etc... probably all smartphones have these issues. Not enough sound volume for me - my Samsung rougby has much stronger volume. When you are on the job site with heavy equipemnt you hardly hear your opponent. This was my first one and I return it back the day I received it.

Pros. Large screen, crisp, fast internet, good for them who has bad vision or enough time to be precise with their fingers.
I don't have this time. I'm getting 50-150 tel calls a day, so I needed one botton one push operation
Didn't check photo and video, assuming that they both have poor quality in comparison with my photo/video equipment

I'm not an expert however per my opinion this device isn't designed for heavy call volume
