DISGUSTED. August 28, 2012

I bought this phone only a month or two ago, and it work fine for a little bit. But then it started randomly shutting off and then the touch screen just stops working all together. Went and had it replaced and the SAME DAY it started doing the same things but worse. I'm throughly disgusted with the quality of this product. No wonder AT&T was selling it for only 99 cents, because it's not worth even that. If these problems stopped the phone would be just perfect. But with all these problems, it really isn't worth your time or your dollar.

My lady friend bought one of these at an AT&T store for $.99 in June 2012. The charger and/or battery were defective and eventually the phone became useless, after several trips back to the dealer. She finally had to do a factory reset with complete loss of all of her data.

She was denied a replacement under warranty because she was told the unit had been wet. It had not. The only people who had opened the phone case were AT&T employees. So we are now stuck with a long contract for a phone that one of the store employees described as "junk".

I wish I could give this unit a negative five-star rating.
