This phone is way overhyped that it really does not perform.
1) Web speed on at&t networks is slow and nothing 4G about.
2) Andorid system locked up many times when I was clicking around various features.
3) usb port does NOT work at all. Can't load picutures or music in and out. Big problem. Have to go back to my real camera.
4)I was under the impression that this phone could do video chat with the other end using google or Skipe on a desktop. WRONG!! NOT supported. The front camera is compeletely useless without real video chat support.
5) Locatoin of Map or weather does NOT work without a running Wi-Fi.
Moto sucks. Should have bought an Iphone or HTC instead.
do not BUY this phone

DO NOT BUY this phone unless you are really crazy about the its hardwares such 1g RAM, dual-core processor
(1) batter is bad, worst - i only played around 2.5 hours checking email, playing game, and let it idle for 7 hours. battery dropped to 30% - piece of junk.
I heard a lot of people talking about how to fix it. My question is why should we worry about manufacture's problem. I guess its root problem is dual-core processor which consums too much power.
(2) iphone (3 or 4) display is much clear. no comparison.
(3) from end user point of view, why do you need to customize the phone ? it's not computer, it's a smarter phone. it never can replace your notebook.
(4) i don't see the big performance speed, difference between atrix and iphone.
To be an end user, go with iphone and you won't regret
yeah about that, wtg for btr network for dual core

This phone is the nicest phone that AT&T sells. That is not saying much though, as it is running an OLDER version of Android. It runs Android 2.2, while the newest versions are 2.3 and 2.4. There is a huge difference between the these versions of Android. Now couple that with the fact that one of the main advantages Android is supposed to have does not work on ANY dual core phone or tablet, Adobe Flash Player. I would recommend people wait till Motorola updates this supposed advanced phone to an actual advanced phone.
