hands-down the worst phone I've ever used

(1) Tiny screen... which I could live with if it weren't for the other flaws.
(2) Tiny keys that makes it extremely difficult to navigate through the deeply nested and confusing menus.
(3) The phone frequently drops calls or else hangs up on people when I'm trying to answer a call.
(4) The phone fails to notify me of text or voice messages received.
(5) The battery should really last longer than 12 hours if I'm only getting/making 2-3 calls per day.

WE ORIGINBALLY PURCHASED A PHONE FROM SPRINT AND RETURNED IT WHEN WE SAW THIS PHONE ON LINE AT AMAZON.COM IT IS A GREAT PHONE VERY EASY TO OPERATE WITH BIG NUMBERS AS I AM A DIABETIC AND MY EYES ARE NOT THAT GREAT AND MY HUSBAND HAS PARKINSON'S DISEASE AND HIS HANDS SHAKE SO IT WAS WAY TO HARD FOR HIM TO TRY TO TOUCH JUST ONE BUTTON ON THE SPRINT PHONE AS THEY WERE WAY TOO SMALL.
