While using Video Share with family and friends is a fun way to communicate, it's also very useful for business. For example, a majority of users in the architecture, engineering and construction industries rated the ability to share live video through Video Share highly, according to research commissioned by AT&T. Video Share lets you see progress on a job site or review the day's work without having to drive from an office or other site to do so.

Mobile Banking from AT&T affords you the flexibility to stay on top of your banking needs while you're on the move, enabling you to check your account balance, securely transfer funds between your eligible accounts, view and pay bills, and review your transaction history. Works well, but ...
August 24, 2009
Reviewer: Koolove (Virginia) -
I purchased this phone for my wife, and it works well as a telephone. It is supposed to be an MP3 player and have other computer like functionality, but I have been unable to get it to work with the computer. The Samsung help line said that it was the cable that I purchased from AT&T. Samsung helper provided a part number that is no longer listed on their website, so I searched the web. The after market cable I ordered still does not work. Samsung has not replied to any of my inquiries. If I had to do it again, I would not purchase another Samsung cell phone.
Terrible experience

I went through 3 of these phones, all defective. It has the most software issues of any phone I've ever used. Messages popping up that wouldn't go away, not saving sound settings, randomly saving things to the SIM card, not saving info to the SIM card that should be saved, not READING the SIM card period. Texting is slow, the phone can't keep up with you and often skips letters or has glitches. It also does not have a very usable workflow to send messages. I can't save the notification settings, so I miss messages (no matter what you do, and even if you test it with their test feature, the sound settings won't change to a louder level). The only positives for this phone is that call quality seems very good, and it seems like a sturdy phone. That is why I gave it two stars instead of one.
All in all, this has been a terrible experience. My brother has a similar model and is on his third phone. I would not recommend this brand or their line of slider phones. Perhaps their other phones are better but who knows. I will never buy another Samsung.
